Skin Benefits From Coffee - Its not the coffee but the caffeine inside that can help with dark circles, fine lines and redness. When applied to your body it can reduce cellulite by dehydrating fatty cells, causing water to disappear from the surface of your skin, which in turn will reduce the appearance of cellulite's annoying bumps!
You will need:
- 1 Cup of Ground Coffee
- 1 Cup of VERY Finely Chopped Pumpkin Seeds (for exfoliation)
- 1/2 Cup of Sugar (for lighter exfoliation)
- 1/2 Cup Coconut Oil (to combine mixture and moisturise)
- 1tsp of Cinnamon (soften and soothes dry skin)
- 1tsp Nutmeg (helps to heal acne and scarring)
Method
1. Warm the coconut oil up so it becomes a liquid, stir in the ground coffee and mix until well combined.
2. Chop the Pumpkin Seeds up really finely as this will be the main exfoliation ingredient, but you do not want them to be too large as it will scratch the skin.
3. Add the pumpkin seeds to the mixture along with the sugar and spice and stir to make all things nice!
4. Transfer to a container and allow to cool! Use in the shower on legs and body.

With lots of products containing harmful ingredients like parabens, it's nice to make one from scratch where you know every ingredient and every ingredient knows how to treat your skin!
